The open concept living room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Whether you host a family reunion or grab something fast before the next adventure. This kitchen won't disappoint. There are two dining areas with enough space to seat 12 people.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, 82-inch TV with 6 reclining chairs and a PS5 for all of your entertainment needs.

Three bedrooms on the main level consist of one king master bedrooms with a private en-suite, a queen bedroom with a private en-suite, and Marvel room with a twin loft bed and a full size bed. A full bathroom is right outside the hallway. On the top level there is a princess themed room with two twin castle beds for your little princesses and a king size bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable.

TAXI AND RIDE SHARE APP: Taxis and ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber may enter so long as the person entering or leaving has been pre-registered.

PLEASE NOTE: Security cameras are installed around the exterior (excluding pool area) of the house for security and safety reasons. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate removal from the premises and fines.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
